A Greene County man was arrested early Tuesday and charged with aggravated domestic assault, felony vandalism and other charges after two related incidents, according to reports by two deputies.
Bobby D. Lamb, 43, of 62 Walkers Church Road, St. Clair, was also charged with violation of an order of protection taken out by Robin Lamb, his wife, and with aggravated burglary.
All of the alleged offenses took place at her residence along West Andrew Johnson Highway, according to separate reports.
The first report stated that Bobby Lamb came to Robin Lamb's residence at 1 a.m., in violation of the order of protection.
At that time, according to the report, he damaged the home's underpinning and damaged the heat pump and telephone lines and "stated he might burn down the house."
He also allegedly assaulted Robin Lamb, striking her in the right eye, according to the report, but was not arrested at that time.
A separate report by a different sheriff's deputy said that Bobby Lamb returned to the residence at 7:07 a.m.," threatened to burn the house down, entered the residence without permission and placed his wife and two others in fear" of their lives.
He also "knocked over" the home's heat pump, according to the report.
Lamb was arrested after the second incident.
