Sidewalk bricks were bring replaced along Church Street earlier this week. The work coincides with installation of underground utilities between Main and Irish streets. David Martin, director of the Greeneville Public Works Department, said power poles will be removed and decorated light posts will be installed along the sidewalk. The work is expected to be complete in two weeks. Shown, front to back, are Public Works employees Ramon Sanchez, Jody Brown and Jerry Dockery. They are working next to Greeneville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
