The "Youth Halloween Party" held Thursday evening by the Greeneville Parks and Recreation Department at its headquarters attracted scores of excited children, many wearing costumes. The supervised annual event featured a costume contest, dance, "horror maze," and snacks from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
