A Dunkin' Donuts is planned at the former Mountain Mazda sales site on U.S. 11E where it intersects with Rufe Taylor Road.
The announcement came from Jason Brandon, one of the project's three owners.
Brandon had said previously that the 4.26-acre tract would include a convenience store/gas station that will be called Greeneville Express Mart and a "national brand fast-food restaurant that is not currently located" in Greeneville.
Brandon also has said, "5,000 square feet of other retail space" also will be "available" on the site as well as a "6,000-square-foot auto repair center" that will be available for leasing.
Partners with Jason Brandon in the project are his brother, Richard Brandon, and Chris Buckles, Jason Brandon's brother-in-law.
The Brandon brothers own Crockett Enterprises, Inc., which operates the Davy Crockett Travel Center in Baileyton.
Jason Brandon said he hopes the new businesses will be open by December.
