A Sprint Store Express office has reopened at 3801 E. Andrew Johnson Hwy., near Walmart.
The store has reopened under the new ownership of Chris Bright and Chris Moore, both of Kingsport.
The Sprint Express Store is under the new management of Chantel Dunn.
Bright and Moore own Sprint stores in Kingsport and Morristown, and will be opening a store in Johnson City across from East Tennessee State University at the end of the month.
Dunn said, "Our number one priority is providing our customers with excellent customer service ... We want customers to come back every 22 months to renew their contracts and receive a new phone, and any time in between for any other needs they may have.
She said, "Sprint offers several new phones, including the Palm Pre, a touch-screen phone comparable to the iPhone, the Blackberry Tour, an updated version of the very popular Blackberry Curve, and the environmentally-friendly Samsung Reclaim."
