BULLS GAP -- The Town of Bulls Gap, in conjunction with the Archie Campbell Labor Day Committee, will be hosting the 21st Annual Archie Campbell Labor Day Celebration this weekend in historic downtown Bulls Gap.

A car show and street dance will be featured on Saturday. Gospel music will be highlighted on Sunday. The main event will be on Monday for Labor Day.

A day of music will be featured on Monday with the up and coming group Bulls Gap and bluegrass music by the Lonesome Pine Bluegrass Band of Greeneville.

Also featured on Monday will be various local country, gospel and bluegrass artists -- Southern Breeze, Strong Ties and The Ball Sisters Band.

There will also be the antics of Jane Morrison, also known as "Minnie Pearl," from Clarksville. Morrison has opened for country music artist Linda Davis and won first place at the Loretta Lynn Talent Search.

Who knows, old Ernest T. Bass may even show up and try to court Minnie.

Phil Campbell, son of the late, great Archie Campbell, will once again be host.

There will be crafters and food vendors from throughout the region. There is no admission and plenty of free parking.

Booth spaces are still available.

For more information, call 423-312-4450 or Bulls Gap City Hall at 423-235-5216.
