Bobby L. Walters, 77, of 2880 Middle Creek Road, Afton, was arrested Tuesday by Greene County deputies and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
According to a deputy's report, the arrest occurred after the deputy observed Walters' vehicle go off the road and overturn in the ditch.
