Portia's Family Hair Care Center, at 821 Tusculum Blvd., has two new stylists. Donna Mann, at left, is originally from New Hampshire. She works with the latest cuts and styles for women, men and children and also specializes in color and perms. Brienna Justis, at right, is from Kingsport and recently moved here from Knoxville. She specializes in foil highlights, lowlights and the latest in hair-cutting techniques, as well as manicures and pedicures.
