Mrs. Brockwell was ordered held without bond pending a June 3 appearance in General Sessions Court.

Theft Under $500 Charged -- Rinda Lynn McClellan, 25, of 680 Stills Road, was charged June 1 with theft under $500 by GPD Detective Lt. Ray Allen, Jr. in connection with the alleged theft of $300 in cash from the Okee-Dokee Market No. 17 at 1417 Tusculum Boulevard.

The arrest warrant alleged that she printed out a receipt to make it appear the cash had been paid out as lottery winnings.

Bond for McClellan was set at $500. She was scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 3.
