Two men were charged over the last two days with
DUI by local law enforcement officers.
An arrest warrant filed by
Baileyton Police Officer Adam Arrington early today said he charged Issac Conde, 20, of Gentry,
Ark., with DUI and violating the implied consent law after a traffic stop for erratic driving on
Interstate 81 near Baileyton.
Bond for Conde was set at $2,000. He was
scheduled to appear today in General Sessions Court.
On Thursday, Samuel
Pearson Dixon, 40, of 426 Bandy Road, was charged by Tusculum Police Chief Danny Greene with DUI
after police stopped his car. Bond for Dixon was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear today in
General Sessions Court.
