'Carla's Closet' Thrift Store Opens
Carla's Closet, a consignment and thrift store, has opened at 7155 Blue Springs Parkway. Shown above is Carla Brown, operator of the store she owns with her husband, Charlie. The store sells these good, used items: clean clothes, furniture, household items, baby items, antiques, horse tack and supplies. "I appreciate any donations," she said. Carla's Closet is open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The store's telephone number is 422-4153.
