An Afton man was charged Sunday, Dec. 21, with felony reckless endangerment and felony evading arrest after a pursuit by a sheriff's deputy.
Arrest warrants filed by Deputy Sheriff Adam Arrington indicated that he charged Roger J. Starnes, 19, of 1056 Doak Hensley Road, Afton, after a pursuit that began on Justice Road.
Warrants said Deputy Arrington lost sight of the blue Chevrolet on Carl Doty Road, but later saw Starnes pulling into his driveway in the vehicle.
Bond for Starnes was set at $13,000. He was scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 22.
