Mohawk will hold its annual Christmas parade this
Sunday, Dec. 14, starting at 2 p.m.
The parade is sponsored by the Mohawk
Ruritan Club.
The parade route will be as follows: floats will line up on
Porter Kite Road; turn left onto Phillipi Road; and end at the railroad tracks near the town's post
office. The route is the same as it has been in recent years.
There is no
special theme this year for the parade. There is also no entry fee.
The
organizers said in a press release, "Everyone is welcome to participate in this event."
To register, call Carolyn Beach at 422-4431 or Sandy Wade at
235-3429.
