Executive VPs
Andrew Johnson Bank's board of directors has promoted two of the bank's executives, Doug DeBusk and Shane Hite, the bank has announced.
DeBusk has been named an Andrew Johnson Bank executive vice president. His duties will include business development and overseeing all lending for Greene County, as well as the bank's secondary mortgage department.
DeBusk began his banking career with Andrew Johnson Bank as a bank teller in 1994.
The bank's announcement said, "He has been a vital employee in the growth and success of Andrew Johnson Bank over the past 14 years."
DeBusk is a graduate of Greeneville High School and Tusculum College.
He and his wife, Christy, have three children, Dylan, Connor and Delana.
DeBusk is involved in many community organizations and is also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Shane Hite
Hite also has been promoted to be Andrew Johnson Bank's executive vice president and the bank's chief operating officer.
Hite has served in various capacities since joining this organization in 2000.
His new duties will include overseeing many different areas of the bank, including: compliance, information technology, bookkeeping, human resources, retail ranking, and the bank's insurance division, Andrew Johnson Insurance Services, Inc.
Hite is a graduate of Greeneville High School, the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and the Tennessee School of Banking.
He and his wife, Stephanie, have four children, Jordan, Madison, Cameron, and Grayson. Hite is also actively involved in many organizations in our community and is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

Andrew Johnson Bank has assets in excess of $220 million and has its headquarters in Greeneville. The bank, which was chartered in 1977, has offices in Greene, Hamblen, and Washington counties.
