Johnson City police on Monday arrested Lark Jordan, 18, of 115 Chalk Level Road, Telford, and charged him with two counts of forgery under $500 and six counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card under $500.
The arrest is the result of an investigation into a report that was filed by the victim after he found that his credit card had been used in the Johnson City area.
Jordan was ordered held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
He was scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court todayat 1:30 p.m.
