A Sunset Street man who had been sought by Greeneville police since last December was served on Wednesday with multiple arrest warrants.
The warrants indicated that Alexander D. Brice, 26, of Sunset Street, had been charged with felony evading arrest, reckless driving, two counts of reckless endangerment and aggravated domestic assault in connection with a Dec. 16, 2007, incident in which he allegedly tried to force a vehicle carrying a woman and two children off a roadway.
Brice was served on Wednesday by GPD Lt. Alan Dotson with the outstanding arrest warrants and with a Criminal Court capias, an arrest document similar to a warrant, that charged him with failure to appear in Criminal Court on an unrelated charge.
Bond for Brice on the arrest warrants was set at $26,500, but he was ordered held without bond on the Criminal Court capias.
Brice was scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Friday, May 2, on the charges specified in the arrest warrants.
He also was scheduled to appear in Criminal Court the same day on the failure to appear charge.
