A Fall Branch man was charged with a sixth DUI offense and other offenses after a Saturday, April 26, traffic stop on Ducktown Road.

Arrest warrants filed by Deputy Sheriff Adam Arrington said he charged James Todd Littleton, 41, of 155 Bank Drive, Fall Branch, with DUI (6th offense), the second offense of driving on a revoked license and violating the implied consent law after the traffic stop.

Bond for Littleton was set at $13,000. He was scheduled to make a first appearance in General Sessions Court on April 28.
