Millspring Gallery has relocated to 517 Tusculum Blvd., next to Arby’s restaurant, from its former location at the corner of Main and Depot streets. “We’re up and running at our new location,” said Judy Rudicell, an owner-operator with her husband, Gary. They are shown above. Millspring Gallery does picture-framing and restoration of photos. The business is open from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, or by appointment.
