(Last modified: 2009-07-09 11:27:34) Source: The Greeneville Sun A Baileyton man was charged on Wednesday by a sheriff's deputy will aggravated burglary of his former wife's residence. An arrest warrant filed by Deputy Sheriff Jason Taylor said that he found Ricky Lynn Tweed, 33, of 140 Broad Street, Baileyton, hiding beneath the porch of his ex-wife's residence. An arrest warrant filed by Deputy Taylor said he went to the Broad Street residence after its owner contacted the Sheriff's Department by telephone from the beach where she was vacationing and said she had received a text message that indicated someone was breaking into the residence. When Deputy Taylor arrived, according to the warrant, he found the front door of the residence open and later found Tweed hiding beneath the porch. Bond for Tweed was set at $10,000.
