The rider, Martin Hayes, 65, of Little Chuckey Road, Mosheim, was taken by ambulance to Laughlin Memorial Hospital. A report filed by Deputy Sheriff Rick Williams said Hayes told officers that he was riding a 2001 Kawasaki motorcycle west on Warrensburg Road when the motorcycle drifted off the right side of the road, going into a ditch and overturning onto its side.
