Steve Dick, of the Edward Jones financial service firm here, was recently invited to the company's headquarters in St. Louis to help train financial advisers with less experience.

Dick, who has been a financial adviser for five years, discussed "how he works with clients face-to-face in implementing Edward Jones' philosphy," a news release said.
