Johnson City Police on Tuesday arrested Robbie B. Tino, 28, of 560 Holder Rd., Afton, on charges of possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

"The arrest stems from an investigation of a male subject at the Ross Department Store," a JCPD news release said.
