"From War to Peace on the Streets of Northern Ireland" will be discussed by Roy Garland on Thursday, Sept. 25, at Tusculum College.

The program is part of the "Acts, Arts, Academia/Cicero Lecture Series," sponsored by Tusculum College Arts Outreach.

The lecture will begin at 7 p.m. in the Chalmers Conference Center in the Niswonger Commons building.

All tickets are $6 and will be available at the door.
