A report filed by GPD Officer David White indicated that Rebecca K. Solomon, 23, of Perry Davis Road, was driving a 2006 Chevrolet east on the West Andrew Johnson Highway when she swerved to miss a slowing or stopped vehicle that was attempting to make a left turn at a median cross-over point. The car operated by Solomon went off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and "flipped several times," before coming to rest on its wheels, according to the report. Solomon was ejected from the car as it flipped, the report said. She was transported to Laughlin Memorial Hospital by a Greene County-Greeneville Emergency Medical Services ambulance.
