Christopher Lynn Fields, 34, of 673 Old Blairs Gap Road, Kingsport, was charged by Deputy Sheriff Charles Jessie early Friday with the fourth offense of DUI and violating the implied consent law after he was found unconscious in the driver's seat of a car parked at Dawson's Grocery on the Horton Highway in northern Greene County.

Bond for Fields was set at $6,000. He was scheduled to make and initial appearance on the charges in General Sessions Court on May 2.
