Rev. Louie Alvin Earl

VAN BUREN, Ark. -- The Rev. Louie Alvin Earl, 90, of Van Buren, died Tuesday in a local hospital in Arkansas.
Rev. Earl is survived in Greeneville, Tenn., by a son and daughter-in-law: Ken and Tee Earl, and two grandchildren: Jackie Earl and Tabitha Reynolds.
He was a retired minister of The Assembly of God Church in Louisiana.
Rev. Earl was a U.S. Navy Seabee veteran of World War II.
Additional survivors include his wife: Eileen Earl; one daughter and son-in-law: Janice Kay and Steve Grizzle of Muldrow, Okla.; three grandchildren: Mike Earl of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., and Stephen Grizzle and Janna Rhoades, both of Van Buren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by both parents, three sisters, and three brothers.
The funeral service was held at 10 o'clock this morning at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church in Van Buren with interment in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith.
Pallbearers will be Jackie Earl, Michael Earl, Stephen Grizzle, Jason Rhoades, Travis Rhoades, and Keith Reynolds.
