OTTUMWA, Iowa -- Debbie Crane Luke, 53, of Greeneville, Tenn., formerly of Ottumwa, died unexpectedly Monday at her home.
Ms. Luke worked primarily in the foodservice industry and most recently at the Village Square Restaurant in Greeneville.
She was born May 26, 1956, in Atlantic and was a daughter of Vernetta Rhine of Ottumwa and the late Dr. Melvin Crane.
Ms. Luke graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1975.
"Debbie was very much loved by her family, friends and coworkers, and will be deeply missed," her family stated.
Survivors in addition to her mother, include a brother and sister-in-law: David and Judy Crane of Osage Beach, Mo.; a sister and brother-in-law: JoEllen and Tom Randall of Ottumwa; a niece and her husband: Rachel and Luis Zuniga of Chicago, Ill.; a nephew: Michael Crane of Belvidere, Ill.; and two great-nephews, Caden Zuniga and Nolan Zuniga.
The body will be cremated.
A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Friday morning at First Lutheran Church Chapel in Ottumwa.
