Died: March 2, 2010

Billie Faye Laws, 69, of Doughty Avenue, Greeneville, died Tuesday at her home.

Mrs. Laws was a retired welder.

She was of the Baptist tradition of faith.

Survivors include her husband: J.D. Laws; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Deborah and Lowell Dickison of Mohawk, Amy Price of the South Greene community, and Lori and Chris Ricker of Greeneville; one son and daughter-in-law: Ricky and Vicky Norton of Greeneville; two grandchildren: Chasity Gilland and Chucky Bolin; two great-grandsons: Dustin Bolin and Randall Bolin; several brothers and sisters; and several special friends, including a very special friend: Emmy Lou Laws.

She was a daughter of the late Wade and Clayetta Jennings and was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Jay Norton.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

There will be no formal service.
