Died: Nov. 15, 2009

Jessie H. Jones, 91, of the Woodlawn community, Greeneville, died Sunday evening at Life Care Center of Greeneville.

Mr. Jones was a retired farmer and carpenter.

He was a member of Romeo United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law: Llewellyn and DorothyJones of Greeneville; three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Bertha andRaymond Brown, Mildred and Fred Bowers, and Mary Bowman, all ofGreeneville; and several nieces and nephews.

He was a son of the late Bill and Fannie Drain Jones and was precededin death by two brothers: Jack Jones and Guy Jones; and one sister:Allene Trantham.    

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday atKiser-Rose Hill FuneralHome.                        

The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Thursday afternoon in thefuneral home chapel. The Rev. Doug Jennings will officiate.

Interment will follow in Zion Cemetery at Baileyton.

Pallbearers will be his nephews: Ronald Jones, Joe Jones, Dale Jones,Bill Trantham, Scott Jones, David Jones, Chris Jones, Johnny Bowman,J.C. Jones, and Kenny Jones.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Dharmen Patel, Dr. Andy Roberts, KyleSauceman, his friends at Porter's Grocery, the staff and employees ofLife Care Center of Greeneville, and the employees and staff of AdventaHospice
