Jimmy Hugh Collins, 45, of Gilbreath Road, Mosheim, died Friday at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Collins was a truck driver for the Greene County Highway Department.
He was a member of Carpenter's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
"He loved to play sports, especially baseball and fishing," his family noted.
Survivors include his wife: JoAnn Collins; two daughters: Donna Mease and Barbara Hinkle, both of Greeneville; three sons: Tony Hinkle, Rex Hinkle, and Gilbert Cooter, all of Greeneville; his grandchildren: Brookelyn Killion, Jessica Killion, Joshua Mease, Casey Lawson, Cody Lawson, Jeremiah Lawson, Abby Hinkle, Amber Hinkle, Stephanie Cooter, and Criston Taylor, all of Greeneville; his father: James D. Collins of Mosheim; a brother: Stevie Collins of Mosheim; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends; and a special friend: Jeffery Mease of Greeneville.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Collins.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. today at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at Carpenter's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with interment in Albany Church Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Trent will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Mease, Cody Lawson, Jeremiah Johnson, Eugene Brittian, Randy Collins, Chris Taylor, Ronald Lane, Donald Lane, and Jim Kelly.
