Andrew Roger Hanahan

Andrew Roger Hanahan, 55, of Church Street in Baileyton, died Sunday at his home.

Mr. Hanahan was a millwright.

"He loved to work with wood and was a great craftsman and a good carpenter. He could do almost anything with wood," his family stated.

Survivors include his wife: Elizabeth Hanahan; a daughter: Sharon Snoddy of Strughn, Ind.; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother: Benjamin Hanahan of Thurmond, N.C.; a brother-in-law: Calvert Harmon of Owensboro, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was a son of the late Andrew Roger Hanahan II and Margaret Josephine Kellen Hanahan.

There will be no formal visitation or service.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
