Larry Wayne Marshall

MORRISTOWN -- Larry Wayne Marshall, 65, of Morristown, died Sunday.
He was born Dec. 13, 1943, in Greene County, and was a son of Edith Burnett and the late George Marshall,
Mr. Marshall was a U.S. Army veteran.
He was employed as meat manager for more than 20 years at White Stores Inc., and was later employed at Lea Wayne Knitting Mills.
In addition to his mother, survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law: Wendy and Joe Payne, and Leigh Ann Fox of Knoxville; his stepchildren and their spouses: Brian and C.J. Hazelwood, Cindy and Sean Anderson, and Donald Hazelwood, and their families; his grandchildren: Chase Yuhl and Emily Murray; a great-granddaughter: Jocelin Murray; a brother and sister-in-law: Charles and Juanita Marshall of Ohio; a stepsister and her husband: Ethel and Ronald Marshall of Morristown; his good friends: Jeff Acuff and Barry Bettis; and his special neighbors and friends: Freda and George McCarty.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at Allen Funeral Home, 200 Jaybird Road, Morristown.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 8 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Ira "Junior" Gardner will officiate.
A military graveside service will be held at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
Family and friends will meet at 10:30 at the funeral home to travel in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Joe Payne, Donald Hazelwood, Doug Hensley, Chase Yuhl, Jeff Acuff and Sean Anderson.
