Claude Hensley

Claude Hensley, 79, of Limestone, died Thursday at Mountain Home Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Mr. Hensley was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years: Mildred Carper Hensley; three brothers and a sister-in-law: Maynard "Buck" Hensley, L.D. Hensley, and Robert and Patsy Hensley, all of Greene County; a sister and brother-in-law: Louise and J.B. Hensley; a special sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Linda and Stanley Smith of Tucson, Ariz.; a sister-in-law: Mary Hensley of Rogersville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a son of the late Dewey and Blaine Hensley and was preceded in death by two brothers; J.C. Hensley and Fred Hensley; and a sister: Minnie Hensley.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Service.
The funeral service will be held at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the funeral home chapel. David Boggs, elder, will officiate.
Interment will be in GraceLand Memorial Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Bennie Brockwell, John Brockwell, Johnny Idell, Carroll Brown, Joe Brown, Brent Ricker, Terry Ricker, and Snide Hensley.
