Flora S. Higgins Norton Died: Oct. 26, 2009 The funeral service for Flora S. Higgins Norton will be held at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Jeffers Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Martha Beamer and the Rev. Buster Shelton will officiate. Interment will follow in GraceLand Memorial Gardens.
