Charles Crittenden

Charles "Chuck" Crittenden, 77, of Statler Park, Afton, died Thursday at Life Care Center of Greeneville.
Mr. Crittenden was a member of Bibles Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Charlotte and Billy Cutshaw of Mosheim; a son and daughter-in-law: Allen and Karen Crittenden of Afton; six grandchildren: Michelle Wykle, Dawn Ramsey, Amanda Morrison, Johnny Crittenden, Joshua Crittenden, and Julia Crittenden; six great-grandchildren; two former wives: Joyce Crittenden and Ann Crittenden; his stepchildren: Mike Moore, Jon Moore, Beth McClure and her husband, David; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a son of the late Noah and Sallie Guinn and was preceded in death by his third wife, Mary Crittenden, who died Aug. 16, 2005; a son: Roger Crittenden; three brothers: Estel Crittenden, Bert Crittenden, and Hobert Crittenden; and six sisters: Ada Livingston, Ina Wisecarver, Getsie Crittenden, Louise Glasscock, Reba Nell Lowe, and Margaret Bible.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow visitation at 8 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Donnie Bible will officiate.
A committal service will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery at Mohawk. Family and friends will meet at 1 o'clock at the funeral home to travel in procession to the cemetery.
Family and friends will be pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be the staffs of Smoky Mountain Hospice and Life Care Center of Greeneville.
