Patrick Joseph Bradbury

Died: June 28, 2009

KNOXVILLE - Patrick Joseph Bradbury, 3, died Sunday as a result of an accidental drowning in Fort Loudoun Lake.

His family said he "went home to be with the Lord."

He was the son of Paul and Whitney Bradbury of Knoxville and great-grandson of Pastor George and Helen Davis of Greeneville.

Additional survivors include three brothers: Zeke Bradbury, Caleb Bradbury and Noah Bradbury; his grandparents: Barry and Darlene Bolding and Rick and Suzie Bradbury; other great-grandparents: Hilda Archer, Frances Bolding, and Dennis and Peggy Bradbury; special uncles and aunts: Brandon and Jennifer Bolding, and John and Shannon Bradbury; and several cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:30 p.m. today at Park West Church of God, 7635 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville.

A "child-friendly" memorial service will follow visitation from 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Interment in a location still to be decided will be Friday.

Memorial donations are being managed and can be sent to New Covenant Fellowship, 6828 Central Avenue Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918. All donations will go directly to helping the Bradburys with the funeral process and to a memorial fund in honor of Patrick.
