MORRISTOWN -- David Aaron Wilder, 15, of Russellville, died Wednesday.

"He went to heaven in his 'mommy's and daddy's' arms," his family stated.

Survivors include his parents: Ed and Lisa Wilder; a brother: Jason Wilder; two sisters: Kathryn Wilder and Jennifer Null; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, all of Greene County; and his special caregivers: the staff of Amedisys Hospice, Hamblen Pediatrics, and Dr. Renne Salansky, whom he "loved dearly."

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jon Wilder.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Mayes Family Services Downtown Chapel, 444 W. Main St., Morristown.

A celebration of life will follow at 8 o'clock in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Richard Long will officiate.

A graveside service will be held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
