MORRISTOWN -- All of Greene County's participants in Monday's Region 1-A/AA Tennis Tournament were defeated in the semifinals at Frank Lorino Park.
The Chuckey-Doak girls' doubles team of Christy Johnson and Corlette Murphy lost their match 6-3, 6-2 to Gatlinburg-Pittman's Cami Webb and Jessica Ball.
Chuckey-Doak's Corey Jenkins and James Durham dropped their match to Alec Lewis and Harley Evans of Cumberland Gap by scores of 6-2, 6-4.
South Greene's Rachel Pulliam forced three sets in her singles semifinal match against Chelsea Rutledge of Pigeon Forge. Pulliam lost 4-6, 6-2, 6-3.
