Bond for Conde was set at $2,000. He was scheduled to appear today in General Sessions Court.

On Thursday, Samuel Pearson Dixon, 40, of 426 Bandy Road, was charged by Tusculum Police Chief Danny Greene with DUI after police stopped his car. Bond for Dixon was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear today in General Sessions Court.
