All About Kids, a child-care facility, has opened at 1421 Tusculum Blvd., across from Laughlin Memorial Hospital in the former Small Miracles facility.

Rochelle Marchbanks, of Greeneville, is the owner-operator of All About Kids.

Marchbanks was the owner-operator of a child-care center in South Florida for more than 22 years.

She moved to Tennessee 10 years ago to be close to family and has worked in pediatric dentistry since then.

Marchbanks said she decided to open a center again after her daughter, Kellie, moved to the Greeneville area. Kellie is expecting her second child.

All About Kids is enrolling children from six weeks to four years of age.

The child-care's hours of operation are from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Depending on the needs of the community, the hours may be extended.

Scholarships are also available for those who qualify.

All staff members will have extensive screening, will have CPR/ First Aid, and will be required to take courses that are appropriate to the age group in which they are working.
